Shipping policy

Dnmisfgjf currently ships to customers in the United States. Shipping charges are shown in U.S. dollars. The timeframes below are estimates for carrier transit after dispatch and are separate from the order preparation period.

Order preparation

Orders are normally prepared within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. This preparation period applies before carrier transit begins, including when an expedited service is selected.

Shipping services

 

When preparation is included, the estimated total time is 8-17 business days for standard delivery and 6-10 business days for expedited delivery. Choosing expedited delivery changes the estimated transit period after dispatch; it does not remove the 1-2 business day preparation period.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, public holidays, carrier interruptions, address problems, and other events outside the store's control may affect transit. Contact us with your order number if the estimated window has passed so we can review the shipment.

Tracking and delivery assistance

Tracking information is provided after dispatch and sent to the email address entered at checkout. The carrier may take some time to publish the first scan after the parcel enters its network.

If tracking stops updating, a parcel appears late, or a parcel marked delivered cannot be located, email info@dnmisfgjf.com. We will review the available shipment information and assist with the delivery enquiry.

Address changes

Review the delivery address carefully before submitting an order. If you need a correction or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We will check whether the order is still eligible for a change. Once a parcel has been dispatched, carrier restrictions may prevent an address update.
